Have you tried saving the downloads to different location on the hard disk such as the desktop? Have you tried using a different user account? If the problem persist, try resetting your router if you are connected one. Which browser are you trying to use to download? What is the make and model of the system? I would suggest you to disable preferably uninstall the security software if any installed in the system and check if you are able to download anything.

Why cant i download anything when i am going to install a program?? I try to download Spotify and Chrome and many many more but i cant get it to work.
